Kept fast, safe and current.
Care plans for live Shopify stores and WordPress sites: updates, backups, monitoring and the small changes that keep piling up, handled by people who know the code.
Start a projectWhat a plan covers
Four things, every month.
Shopify. Shopify runs the servers and the checkout. A Shopify plan covers what it does not: your theme, your apps and your data.
01 Updates
Themes and apps change underneath you. Each change is checked against your store before it reaches customers.
- Theme and app updates reviewed before they are applied
- Cart, product pages and checkout tested after every update
- Shopify platform changes tracked, and your sections checked against them
02 Backups
Every edit can be undone, so nothing on the live store is a one way door.
- A copy of the live theme saved before every change
- The previous theme republished as the first step if something looks wrong
03 Security and uptime
Fewer apps with fewer permissions, and someone watching the storefront.
- App permissions and staff access reviewed
- Leftover code from removed apps cleaned out of the theme
- Storefront monitored, with an alert to the developer if it goes down
04 Speed and search
A fast store that search engines and AI assistants can still read.
- Core Web Vitals watched, with app and script bloat flagged
- Google Search Console checked for indexing and crawl errors
- Product structured data kept valid as the theme changes
Most months, nothing breaks. That is the point.

WordPress. On WordPress you own the whole stack, so the plan covers all of it: core, theme, plugins, backups and the server checks around them.
01 Updates
Most WordPress problems come from updates nobody tested. Every update here is followed by a check.
- Core, theme and plugin updates, checked after
- Critical security patches applied ahead of routine updates, after a fresh backup
- Key pages and forms checked after every update
02 Backups
A backup only counts if it restores. A bad plugin release becomes a rollback, not a lost week.
- Full backup taken before every round of updates
- The site rolled back as the first step if an update breaks something
03 Security and uptime
Problems found by a scan or an alert, not by a customer.
- Routine malware scans
- Spam and broken link checks
- Uptime monitoring, with an alert to the developer if the site goes down
04 Speed and search
The site stays quick and visible as content and plugins pile up.
- Caching and image settings kept tuned
- Google Search Console watched for indexing and crawl errors
- Basic accessibility checks (contrast, alt text, keyboard) with a list of fixes
Most months, nothing breaks. That is the point.

FAQ
Care, plainly.
Something missing? Ask it in your first email. It will get the same kind of answer.
01Can you look after a site someone else built?
Yes. Care starts with a look through the theme or code, the apps or plugins, and the hosting, so you know what state the site is in before the plan begins.
02Does a Shopify store need a care plan at all?
Shopify keeps the servers and checkout running. Your theme, your apps and your data are still yours to keep in order, and that is where stores slow down or break after an update.
03What happens if an update breaks something?
The site goes back to the copy taken before the update, then the conflict is fixed on a copy before the update is tried again. You hear what happened and what was done.
04How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, by email, from the lead on your site. No phone line and no ticket queue.
05Are bigger changes included?
Small changes are part of the plan. Anything larger, like a new section or a redesign, is quoted separately and agreed before work starts.
