Capabilities · Six layers · One studio

Everything your business runs on, built to work together.

The storefront, the backend behind it, the systems it talks to, the AI inside it, how it gets found and how it is looked after. Six layers, planned by one lead and built by a small senior team, so nothing gets lost between them.

How engagements work

Three ways to work together.

Same lead, same standards in all three. What changes is the shape of the work. The cost is agreed in writing before anything starts.

  1. 01 · Fixed scope

    A project

One defined build with a start and an end. A written scope, a timeline and a fixed quote come first, then the build on a preview you can check at any point.

    Good for

A new theme, an app, an integration, a platform migration.

  2. 02 · Ongoing

    A build partnership

A reserved block of senior development time each month, planned with you against your roadmap. Priorities can move between cycles without a new contract each time.

    Good for

Brands with a steady list of improvements, and teams that need a senior developer without hiring one.

  3. 03 · After launch

    Care

A monthly plan that keeps a live store or site fast, safe and current: updates, backups, monitoring and small changes, with a log of everything done.

    Good for

Live Shopify stores, and existing WordPress sites that need looking after.

A finished project can move straight into care, looked after by the same lead who ran it. Every option begins the same way: a short call and a written scope.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Something missing? Ask it in your first email. It will get the same kind of answer.

01Who does Soifon work with?

Businesses that sell online, mostly on Shopify: founders running their own store, growing brands with a small team, and in-house teams that need a senior developer for a stretch. Also companies that need a web app, a backend or an integration built. If a project needs a large team on site, Soifon is not the right fit, and you will hear that on the first call.

02Can Soifon work on an existing theme or codebase?

Yes, and most work starts that way. The first step is reading the code to see what is there and what is safe to change. You then get a straight answer: improve what exists, or rebuild only the parts that hold you back.

03How does a project start?

Send a few lines to hello@soifon.io: what you need, a link to the current site, a rough budget and when you need it. You get a reply within one working day. Then a short call, then a written scope with the cost, before any work begins.

04What tools and stack does Soifon use?

On Shopify: Liquid and Online Store 2.0 sections. On the front end: Tailwind, vanilla JavaScript and CSS. Backend, integration and AI work uses the platforms’ own APIs and whatever your team can maintain after handover. The simplest stack that does the job wins.

05Will I talk to a project manager?

No. You talk to Anesti, who leads the build, from the first call to launch and after. No account managers in between means fewer things lost between what you asked for and what gets built.

06What does it cost?

It depends on the scope, so there is no price list. Every project gets a written quote before any work starts, and the cost does not change unless the scope does, in writing.
